Biography[]
Tuttle Shoe Repair is a shoe repair business in Greenpoint where the Rascals often hang out with Mr. Tuttle, the cobbler. Mary Kornman arrives here in her family limousine to get her shoes fixed. Mr. Tuttle is very friendly, readily performing tasks such as baby-sitting, stitching up the gang's torn baseball, and taking them on an outing when he receives his pension. The possible exterior of the building is sighted near the Greenpoint Fire Department as Stymie's mule in the Third Junior Squad tries kicking itself free during a rush through town.
Mr. Tuttle was played by Richard Daniels Sr..
