Laughing Gravy is a small white dog belonging to Wheezer Hutchins. He's possibly a replacement to the second Pete since the third Pete is already owned by Stymie by time he appears. He gets rescued by Stymie from the dog-catcher in The Pooch, but he also appears in Breezy's play in Spanky, crossing fake ice floes in a scene from Uncle Tom's Cabin. He's used to power Dickie Moore's car in Hook And Ladder and he discovers an actual magic lamp in Shrimps For A Day, the one the Rascals didn't locate in A Lad An' A Lamp.
