History: Elizabeth Ann Guttman (later Elizabeth Daily and known professionally as E. G. Daily) is an American actress, singer and voice actress known for her TV cartoon and movie voice work. Before her career as a voice actress, she was a recording artist, having recorded a song in 1986, "Say It, Say It," which peaked at #71 on the Billboard Soul chart, and #70 on Billboard's Hot 100 singles chart. She is probably best known for supplying the voice of Tommy Pickles in the Nickelodeon series "Rugrats" and Buttercup in "The Powerpuff Girls." Her most notable film role is that of Dottie in the 1985 film "Pee-Wee's Big Adventure." She was also the voice of Froggy Laughlin in the 1994 film adaptation of The Little Rascals.
